Having body doubles to shoot action sequences in films is a common thing. Something similar is also followed in the case of filming bold scenes and Mila Kunis opted for the same when it came to filming n*de scenes in her 2011 film, Friends With Benefits. The romantic comedy follows Jamie and Dylan, who make their friendship complicated after they decide to take the next step in their relationship while keeping it casual.

The lead stars of the film, Kunis and Timberlake, were required to film some intimate scenes. While the Bad Teacher actor was ready to do so, his co-star did not feel comfortable enough to go n*ude for the film and asked for a body double.

Mila Kunis Denied Filming N*de Scenes

During her appearance on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Mila Kunis talked about auditioning bu*t doubles for some of the n*de scenes in Friends With Benefits. She shared that the director, casting director, and makeup artist, along with her auditioned for a backside that resembled her own the most.

While she did ask for body doubles, it was not for all her scenes in the film. The actress shared that she had some revealing scenes in the movie, but she did not want to give out too much. The Black Swan actress initially found the script of the 2011 film “outdated.”

She and her co-star convinced the director, Will Gluck, to rewrite by adding a modern touch to the story. The film went on to make $149.5 million at the box office, and fans loved Kunis and Timberlake’s chemistry in the film.

Justin Timberlake Did Not Have Issues With Revealing Scenes

While Mila Kunis was not comfortable revealing too much on screen, her co-star did not seem hesitant about the idea. At the time, the singer-turned-actor was on a hiatus from his music career and was focusing on his acting, and he was ready to explore any opportunity put in front of him.

The Social Network actor shared that he agreed to the n*de scenes in the film, as he was still “young and everything’s where it’s supposed to be.” Timberlake further mentioned that he figured that was the time, “before gravity gets the best of [him].” However, during an interview, he also shared that filming these scenes took hours, leaving him annoyed and exhausted.
