Anne Hathaway is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars of our time. Her gleaming resume ranges  from Superhero flicks with jam-packed action to rom-coms that leave us sobbing. Talking about the latter, the actress once starred in an entertaining romantic movie titled Love & Other Drugs. The movie is based on a 2005 novel Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman.

Starring alongside the ever-enigmatic Jake Gyllenhaal, the movie talked about the struggles of being in love while suffering from a serious neurological disorder, in Maggie’s (Anna Hathaway) case it was Parkinson’s Disease. Being a romantic comedy, the movie sure included some raunchy scenes. And it is almost inevitable to have a few slip-ups while filming such scenes, not even the quirky Anne Hathaway could avoid it.

The movie included some of the steamiest scenes ever between Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal. Though none of the two stars ever struggled with filming such scenes, it is even hard for them to avoid accidents.

In an interview, Anne Hathaway shared an accidental flashing incident that happened on the set of the movie,
“I have to remove my trench coat and be nude underneath, and I thought we were filming. But it turned out we were just rehearsing and I got unnecessarily n-ked in front of a lot of people!”
Anne Hathaway, who is always known for her candid nature, did not shy away from sharing the embarrassing story with the audience. This did add a little extra layer of fun to the steamy yet emotional movie that is loved by the fans. The actress even credited two major actresses for helping her prepare for the role.

The Dark Knight Rises star definitely did a great job playing the role of Maggie opposite Jake Gyllenhaal’s Jamie Randall. The actress, in an interview, highlighted the two Hollywood divas that helped her prepare for the s-x scenes in the movie and they are none other than the gorgeous Kate Winslet and Penelope Cruz. She claimed that the two actresses have “done n-dity with a tremendous amount of sensitivity and dignity”. She further added that Cruz’s Open Your Eyes helped her greatly and is one of her favorite movies of the actress.

The actress also addressed the claims of how the film’s raunchy scenes might have infuriated conservative groups. She added that “just because n-dity is such a contentious issue in America people believe that they automatically alienate the conservative parts of America by having n-dity. But I give the American public more credit than that. I think that people are curious and people do love love stories. I think people might find it and like it, even though it is a little bit risky.”

Though the movie faced a little hard time for its n-dity and was rated as an average film with a 49% Rotten Tomatoes score, it received fan following years later. The movie also managed to make $103 million at the box office.
