However, in her film career to date, Johansson has never agreed to be naked for any scene just because her body looked good. The only exception she made was for her 2013 film Under the Skin.

But even in this case, she did it on a condition. And the actor made it clear that shooting while naked would only be done for practical purposes. And it was not for merely being a “sexy” blonde woman.

And even if she did it was only as a practical one. As she is popular in Hollywood as the blonde, busty and gorgeous character, it is easy to think that she would have been asked to get naked at some point in her career. This happened for her 2013 Under the Skin role. Johansson played the role of an extraterrestrial being on earth in the human female form. For that, the Black Widow actor had to get naked and it was practical in the case of the specific character.

However, before accepting to get naked, she did put forward one condition. Around the time the movie was released, she shared in an interview with W magazine what the condition was. Although being naked was practical for her character however blonde hair did not sit right with her. Therefore she opted for black hair and with that condition, she accepted to get naked. The Marriage Story actor shared,
“I didn’t think I should be a blonde sort of bombshell. N*ked, but not too s*xy.”

With that, she performed well in the role and the movie even received good responses from the critics.

The 2013 sci-fi flick Under the Skin directed by Jonathan Glazer is about extraterrestrial life on earth. An alien being disguised as a human female named Laura played by Scarlett Johansson. She goes around luring men and sending them into another dimension where they are used as meat.

In a past interview with Yahoo, the Avengers actor discussed being naked for the role in the movie. She said,
“allowing myself as the character to be present at the moment, and discovering my self”
The film received a good critical response however it could not get as popular as a Johansson movie is expected to be.
