Stephanie Shojaee is a lot of things. She is the president of a multi-billion-dollar Miami development company, a thorough fashionista (many would confuse her with a fashion influencer), a stylish wife, a dog mom, a hard worker, and an incredible gifter. Professionally, she is advocating and acting on the much-needed representation for women and the Latin community, but personally, she is setting nearly unattainable benchmarks with her businessman husband, Masoud Shojaee.

The woman made waves for her excellent choice of gift for her husband, Masoud, whom she met at a Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers game in 2017. She surprised her husband recently by gifting him a Rolls Royce Cullinan for his birthday. The woman who joined his company as a chief marketing executive has indeed turned his life around for the better. From dramatically changing the way Shoma Developers markets its developments to increasing its profits by 30 percent and making it a gender-inclusive workplace, she has turned out to be quite the thriving powerhouse herself.

The developer, with an endless collection of Hermes and other luxury handbags, made her partner’s birthday a memorable occasion by surprising him, complete with a blindfold, bow, and balloons with a status symbol on wheels whose base model costs $380,000. Interestingly, per GQ South Africa, Stephanie, who seems like an ambassador for Chanel, Dior, and Hermes owing to her vast collection, is actually the only female ambassador for Rolls-Royce in the United States.

She is living life by her own rules and suggests the same to others who want to tread on a similarly successful path. Stephanie shared in an interview with Grazia, “The biggest lesson I can give to women today is to be persistent and dedicated. As a woman in a historically male-dominated industry, I have had to prove myself and stand up for my ideas, dating back to when I started out selling real estate. I have found that nothing makes more of an impact to overcome people’s doubts about you than hard work and persistence. I also stress that it’s always important to stay true to yourself and not let anyone change you. Throughout my life, I’ve encountered people who wouldn’t take me seriously because of the way that I dress, as if fashionable women can’t be legitimate business people. I’ve always resisted that and have made a point to dress the way I want. I think self-respect is the first step in getting respect from others. You can’t expect other people to respect you if you’re easily pressured into changing yourself to conform to what other people want.” She isn’t following norms and is effectively breaking stereotypes by becoming a generous wife who serenades her husband and not the other way around.”

The husband, Masoud, CEO of Shoma Developers, founded in 1988 with 34 years of operation and 65 development projects, is just as doting. He gifted his fashionista wife a private jet in a similar fashion. Stephanie recreated the special moment inspired by her husband, who in 2021 led her out of her Rolls Royce blindfolded. What stood in front of her was a breathtaking private jet waiting for her.
