Undoubtedly, Keanu Reeves is one of the most well-known performers in today’s generation and one of Hollywood’s top stars. From his iconic role as Neo aka The Chosen One, in The Matrix franchise to his eponymous role as the Boogeyman or John Wick, in the John Wick movies, Keanu Reeves has been one of the most reliable actors and has never let his fans down.

While he himself is an unbelievable actor, Keanu Reeves has worked with far more outrageous actors and actresses during his time in the industry. One of them is Dennis Hopper, with whom he has worked on many occasions, but most famously known for their work together in Speed, an action-thriller movie from 1994.

Keanu Reeves’s Crazy Co-Star’s Crazy Performance

Keanu Reeves, a celebrity among celebrities, just wrapped up filming the fourth installment of the  John Wick franchise, and it seems that there will be another addition to the movie series. Reeves has gained the respect of all people because of his skill as an actor and his good actions. He does a lot of charity work and his biggest highlight would be the donation of 70% of his whole compensation from The Matrix franchise to cancer research in his country. While the actor himself has put forward some unbelievable performances, he has starred alongside some crazy ones too, like his co-star Dennis Hopper who was famously known for doing some weird stuff on the set of Apocalypse Now.

Dennis Hopper is a pretty big name in the industry and his skills in acting and directing have and will be been widely appreciated thought-out generations to come. While he is a mega-celebrity in the acting industry, he has done some stuff that he is more famous for, like taking drugs for improving his acting.

In the movie Apocalypse Now, Hopper appeared as a photojournalist, and in most of his run time he kept on forgetting his lines, so he came up with the idea of taking drugs like cocaine or weed to help him remember. He asked legendary director, Francis Ford Coppola for an “ounce of cocaine” when the director begged him not to mess up. But obviously, that did not happen, although his acting got a little better, his lines were still messy.

The film went on to win two Academy Awards, so it’s all good, I guess.

Is John Wick 5 in Development?

In a recent interview, John Wick director Chad Stahelski discussed the potential for a fifth film and said he was unsure about the franchise’s future even if Lionsgate Studios was prepared to produce additional John Wick films. The filmmaker continued by saying that he would highly appreciate it if a  concept or script of his liking would originate for another movie, he also promised to keep an open mind if someone came up with a story that may let Keanu Reeves reprise his role as John Wick.
