More than 780 prints from four paintings by Johnny Depp sold out in a few hours, earning $5 million, on July 29.
According to The Straits Times, the actor, in conjunction with a gallery in the UK, sells prints of his original works for 3,950 pounds (4,824 USD) each. In addition, four original works were also purchased for £14,950 ($18,260) each. After the actor announced on Instagram about the paintings, the studio’s website crashed because too many people visited and placed orders.
Four works by Johnny Depp are in the Friends & Heroes collection , displayed at Castle Fine Art (London, England). The actor drew famous singer Bob Dylan, beauty Elizabeth Taylor, musician Keith Richards, and artist Al Pacino. The gallery commented that Depp’s work exudes generosity and freedom.

Before becoming famous through movies, Johnny Depp was passionate about painting. He once said: “I always use art to express emotions, portraying the most important people to me such as family, friends and people I admire.”
In May, Depp repeatedly drew pictures when appearing in court during litigation sessions with his ex-wife – actress Amber Heard. On the ninth day of the trial, he painted a portrait of a woman while waiting for the jury. The video of Depp showing off his achievements to his lawyer attracted four million views on TikTok in one day. On April 27, he drew another picture, colored in pink and purple, which the New York Post commented as “a Picasso moment”.

After winning the libel trial against Amber Heard in June, Johnny Depp spent a lot of time on other passions outside of movies. He and guitarist Jeff Beck collaborated for the album 18 , inspired by feeling young every time they were on stage.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are likely to continue entering a new legal battle, as they both appeal the court’s decision in June. Previously, the court ordered Heard to pay Depp $10 million in compensation and damages. five million USD in punitive damages (a special type of punitive damages). However, Heard will only have to pay $10.35 million because Virginia state law sets the maximum for punitive damages at $350,000. And Depp must pay his ex-wife two million dollars in damages, because of an argument the actor’s lawyer raised in articles in the Daily Mail.
On July 21, Amber Heard’s lawyer filed a petition asking the court of appeals to overturn the jury’s verdict. A day later, Johnny Depp appealed to have to pay his ex-wife two million dollars in damages. He was satisfied with his previous victory and had no intention of counterattacking until Amber Heard continued to want to go to court.

“I am literally 25. Just young and haggard, thank you very much.”
The model was addressing the criticism she got after showing off her glam look at the Christian Louboutin “Rouge Stiletto” Beauty Event during Paris Fashion Week on Thursday.

For the event, the only daughter of music icon Michael Jackson rocked a maroon satin button down with matching trousers. She paired the look with black stilettos, a brown purse and a glam makeup look.
While several fans were quick to compliment the singer’s “beautiful smile” and “perfect” look, others chose to comment negatively.

“OMG she looks so old I’m not a hater I like her but I don’t remember the moment she took age that fast,” one person wrote.
“What’s? What happened to her?” another added while another bluntly asked, “How old is she? She looks 50.”
Following the nasty comments, many fans defended her, blaming the lighting in the video.
“Oh, it’s the lighting! Who the heck can’t discern it’s the lighting!?! ,” one person explained as another one added, “Relax people the light is causing a shadow on her face. Why is old such a label for undesirable beauty standards anyway!? She is beautiful and deserves to be treated with kindness. Not to mention she’s young and the lighting off.”

Despite the calls for kindess, this is not the first time that Paris has had to defend herself from nasty trolls.
Last month, she clapped back at comments about her unshaven armpits, which could be seen in a sweet tribute video for what would have been the “Thriller” hitmaker’s 5th birthday.
In the clip posted to Instagram on Aug. 29, Paris’ pits were on full display as she tied up her hair while recalling memories with her late father.

A day later, she responded to commenters who said she only posted the video to show that she doesn’t shave.
“i wasn’t tying my hair up to show off my armpit hair,” Paris wrote on Twitter. “i’ve not shaved it for years and forget it’s there all the time. get over yourselves.”
She concluded her message, cheekily adding, “i was pulling my hair up to show my glass cutting jawline.”

Coincidentally, in the tribute video, Paris explained why she felt the need to publicly wish her late dad a happy birthday.
“There have been times where I don’t post anything for my dad’s birthday, and people lose their f—ing minds. They tell me to kill myself,” she explained.
“And they’re basically measuring my love for my own father based off of what I post on Instagram.”
She also slammed the people who judged her for not publicly commemorating Michael Jackson on his birthday or death anniversary.
Paris added that her dad “used to hate anybody acknowledging his birthday.”
“He actually didn’t want us to even know when his birthday was because he didn’t want us to throw a party,” she explained.
Aside from Paris, the “Smooth Criminal” singer also fathered sons Prince Jackson, 2 , and Blanket “Bigi” Jackson, 21.
Michael died of acute propofol intoxication on June 25, 2009. He was just 50 years old.
