Caitlin Clark is already back in the gym and preparing for her second WNBA season, just days after the end of her rookie year.
The Indiana Fever superstar was the reason for a huge spike in viewing figures across the league and she has already taken the sport to new heights after being drafted No 1 overall out of Iowa.
The Fever posted a hype video to social media this week that has got fans very excited for year two of Clark, and she revealed she is ‘just scratching the surface’ of what she believes she is capable of.
In the video, filmed at the Fever’s practice facilities, Clark can be seen draining buckets and putting in offseason reps, after the Fever’s .500 record in 2024.
The 2025 season doesn’t start until May next year, leaving fans with seven months to wait until Clark returns – but there is speculation that she could play again before that.

Caitlin Clark appears to be staying loose while waiting for an offer from the Unrivaled league

Stars around the WNBA are signing up for the new money-spinning Unrivaled league during the offseason, a move which will enable them to boost their earnings and stay on American soil through the winter.
The venture, which begins in January, was co-founded by WNBA stars Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.
Unrivaled will feature 30 of the best in women’s basketball, with stars like Brittney Griner and Kahleah Copper already signing with the upstart group.
Unrivaled is now reportedly putting on the ‘full-court press’ to have Clark take one of the four open spots in the league, per Front Office Sports.

It has been reported that Clark could be offered more than $1million for less than three months’ work, as well as equity and even revenue-sharing incentives, too.
The hope is that Clark would help Unrivaled attract new fans and improve ticket sales, TV audiences and advertising opportunities.
Clark was paid a base salary of just $76,535 for her rookie season in the WNBA, after she was selected first overall in the draft.
Last week, Unrivaled reached an exclusive, multi-year agreement with TNT Sports for broadcast rights, with games also set to appear on TruTV. All games will also be streamed on Max.
