The reality star alleged Biermann, 39, grabbed her from the ladder and tossed her to the floor, resulting in injuries.

Per the outlet, Zolciak, 46, refused to provide proof of her injuries to first responders.

The Atlanta Falcons alum, meanwhile, told police that his estranged wife hit him in the face during their argument.

The alleged altercation occurred while two of the couple’s children were home, though they had a different account of what happened.

One of the children told police that Zolciak fell off the ladder and landed on top of Biermann while they were arguing.

The child explained that Biermann was originally removing the curtains, which upset Zolciak, so she decided to take them down herself.

Per TMZ, the unnamed child said they were encouraged by Biermann to tell authorities the truth about what they witnessed.

The second child, meanwhile, alleged they didn’t see the altercation but heard the argument from the basement and hurried upstairs.

No arrests were made and authorities reportedly couldn’t figure out the “primary aggressor” in the situation.

Reps for the exes weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Biermann and Zolciak share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. The retired athlete also adopted the “Tardy for the Party” singer’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from her past relationship.

The same day of the alleged argument, Page Six learned that Zolciak was in the process of moving out of her and Biermann’s marital home amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Photos obtained by TMZ showed moving vans outside the duo’s multimillion-dollar estate, which faced foreclosure on Dec. 3.

Zolciak and Biermann have been desperately attempting to sell their property for $4.5 million for the past year to avoid going into foreclosure amid ongoing financial woes.

Biermann previously blamed his and Zolciak’s financial issues on the blond beauty’s alleged gambling addiction, claiming she spent $1.5 million “illegally” online throughout their 12 years of marriage.

Over the past few years, Zolciak has been sued for unpaid credit card debt, while Biermann ran into legal trouble for missed car payments.

The “Don’t Be Tardy” alum and Biermann, meanwhile, have been in the middle of on-and-off divorce proceedings since May 2023.
