Now that we know Jason Kelce is about to announce his imminent retirement from the NFL, all eyes will be on brother Travis Kelce. At 34 years of age, the Kansas City Chiefs’ TE is not getting any younger and he may already be thinking about his post-retirement life. Even before his retirement, the younger of the Kelce brothers is already a podcasting star alongside Jason with his ‘New Heights’ show ranking high in the most heard podcasts on all platforms. That alone can give you a proper idea of what he aims to do next. But in case you wondered, that wasn’t all Travis Kelce wants to go once he calls it quits. In fact, the multi-faceted NFL star is also planning to go into the entertainment industry.

According to the folks at People, Travis Kelce is going to pursue a career in the entertainment industry once he ends his run in the NFL. Specifically, he wants to pursue a career as both an actor and a presenter. Sources to spoke to the folks at People revealed that Travis really enjoyed his hosting gig at Saturday Night Live and got the bug to try it in a more professional fashion. Mind you this may or may not involve staying within the sports industry but as a commentator. It’s still a little too soon to know for certain where Travis Kelce will land. But at least he already knows he wants to be in front of cameras and microphones.

Fortunately for him, his girlfriend Taylor Swift knows a thing or two about the life and she will have no problem showing him the ropes of the business. Travis Kelce has the looks, the voice, and the personality to become an influential figure in the world of entertainment. However, Travis did mention recently he currently has no reason to stop playing football. So Kansas City Chiefs fans can rest easy because we still have Travis Kelce for at least a few more years. Unlike his brother who constantly gets hit in the head as a lineman, Travis hasn’t suffered as much on that department.
