There have been countless reports of how head-over-heels Taylor Swift is for Travis Kelce since they debuted their romance last year. However, a new report suggests the singer remains unsure about the longevity of their relationship, and this may have something to do with Travis’ controversial comments that recently resurfaced.

Maya Benberry allegedly tried to stir controversy by inserting herself into Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s rumored dating relationship.

Taylor Is Allegedly Unsure If Her Relationship With Travis Will Last

“They’re having a lot of fun, but they’re still seeing where it goes,” a source told PEOPLE Magazine.

The comment comes as the couple have faced engagement and even pregnancy rumors for months, with some fans certain the couple will reach a new milestone in their relationship this year. But if the source’s words are true, Taylor may still be questioning if Travis is ‘the one.’ And some fans would agree she has good reason.

Last month, Travis experience backlash after comments he made on his New Heights podcast about wanting to find a “breeder” to have kids with resurfaced. Travis was implying he wanted to find someone to start a family with soon to appease his mother, as he says his mom favors his brother, since he’s given her grandchildren already.

“To all the breeders out there,” he said in the episode. “I’m gonna find a breeder, and I’m gonna get kids so that mom can love me again.”
Some fans felt his words were in poor taste, while others felt they didn’t age well, considering he began dating Taylor shortly after.

Taylor Has Been Warned About Travis’ Real Motivations

Perhaps even more telling, Travis’ ex-girlfriend Maya Benberry issued a public warning to Taylor Swift where she warned her about the athlete’s history of cheating and suspicious motivations.

“Certain qualities don’t change in men. I feel like Travis is a narcissist. Most narcissists don’t change,” Maya told Daily Mail in an interview. “Like the saying goes, once a cheater, always a cheater,” she continued, adding she believes Travis is only chasing his ”15 minutes of fame” by romancing Swift.

“I wanted the public to know I’m not jealous or bitter about Taylor. She’s beautiful, she’s successful, we’re in two different lanes,’ she said before pointing the finger back at the athlete,” Maya continued. “My issue is more with Travis. Now, [he’s] trying to turn me into a bitter person or a liar, or delusional. And I’m the furthest thing from that.”
As for her advice for Taylor, Maya added, “Taylor seems like such a fun girl with a beautiful spirit so I wish her the best of luck but I wouldn’t be a girls’ girl if I didn’t advise her to be smart!”

“I’m sure by now she has mastered the ability to see who is really there for her – and who is just using her,” the marketing professional continued. “The marketing and brand consulting expert continued: ‘I can only hope that she comes out the teacher in this situation and not the student.”

There have even been reports that Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid have expressed concerns about Travis to Taylor, though Gigi went on record to deny the reports.
