Kourtney Kardashian has revealed her drink of choice while she breastfeeds her newborn.

On Monday the media personality, 44, posted a photo of a turmeric and matcha latte to her Instagram.

She captioned the story ‘turmeric latte because no caffeine for me while breastfeeding’.

While it is generally considered safe for mothers to consume caffeine while breastfeeding, experts recommend limiting your intake to 300 milligrams of caffeine per day while nursing.

The doting mother welcomed son Rocky, her first child with husband Travis Barker, 48, on November 1 last year.

The couple were seen getting coffees in Brisbane on multiple occasions with Dicki’s Ascot owner Justine Zulueta revealing their exact order.

‘They had the chicken burger (plant-based) and the duck toastie (plant-based) and just a couple of matcha lattes and turmeric lattes’ she told Brisbane’s B105 breakfast show.
