What’s the best thing about having a sister? Not the built-in friendship or a person who can paint the nails on your left hand — it’s someone with a closet full of cool clothes that are your size! It doesn’t matter if you are a celebrity or not, an adult or a child, sisters will always “borrow” clothes from their sisters. It’s practically a law of the universe! The Kardashians steal clothes from each other all the time, which we’ve seen firsthand in Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but apparently, this started long before they were reality tv stars. Kim Kardashian recently posted a childhood note from her sister Khloé Kardashian (who is four years younger), and it’s the cutest thing we’ve ever seen.

Khloé’s Sweet Note to Kim

“Kimberly,” the note on Kim’s Instagram story begins, “I took your barbie P.J. and I want to wear them one friday call me at mommy’s if yes or no.”

How adorable! First of all, the bravery to full-on admit that she took her sister’s pajamas — normally, you would hide something like that until you’re caught. Then requesting formal permission to wear them? Such an angelic little sister move, Khloé!

The SKIMS founder added text to the photo for a little background information. “I found this note @khloekardashian wrote me in elementary school,” she explained. “It actually could be very fitting for today 💕.” (Love that Kim called her out for still taking her clothes today!)

“I hope I was a nice sister and [said yes]!” she added. With a sweet note asking for permission, there’s no doubt Kim said yes to her little sis!

Sisters Weekend

Kim and Khloé have been spending a lot of time together lately. The duo recently took their kids to Deer Valley, Utah, together, whether they spent 48 hours skiing, tubing, and having fun in the snow over New Year’s Eve weekend.

“It was a super last minute trip but I didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity to take the kids to the snow,” Khloé wrote about the trip on Snapchat. “True has been to the snow before since she was born in Cleveland but not sure she remembers as she was so young. I was excited to take her skiing for the first time.”

They also went to a Mariah Carey concert together and celebrated Christmas Eve at Kim’s house, where they posed for a sweet picture together in front of snow-flocked trees.

Birthday Love

On Khloé’s 39th birthday in June 2023, Kim shared several photos of her and her younger sister, as well as a sweet tribute that highlights their unique bond.

“Happy Birthday to one of my favorite human beings @khloekardashian,” The Kardashians star wrote. “Koko, you really are the definition of love, strength, and light! You bring life to any room you walk in! You protect your squad like none other.”

“I’m so beyond lucky you’re my sister and I just couldn’t imagine adulting and parenting and just life without you!” she continued. “I will be by your side forever and ever. This is the last year of your 30’s so can’t wait to live it up all year with you!”

Later, at Kim’s 43rd birthday in October, Khloé wore a Kim Kardashian mask and wrote a special note to her sister.

“In my eyes, you are a superhero. I’ve never seen anyone remain as calm as you can in the most chaotic of situations. I’ve never seen anyone be able to navigate through life as clearheaded as you have,” Khloé wrote in part. “Let me name a FEW of your super powers …. resilience, calmness, manifesting anything and everything, shapeshifting into anything you want to be…”

“I feel so blessed to have you as my sister and best friend,” she continued. “You’ve taught me that Nothing can break us unless we allow it to, but everything can strengthen us if we are willing to take on that battle. You have gracefully fought many battles and you have become stronger because of them. You inspire me daily. You motivate me to be better.”

She added, I love you infinitely my sister soulmate!!”
