Lawrence revealed she spent the entire day in the nude while filming ‘No Hard Feelings’

Although she had done topless before, full-frontal is a challenge that most actresses don’t feel comfortable with.

However, Jennifer Lawrence has always loved good comedy and the story within ‘No Hard Feelings‘ was written that way. As it turns out, Lawrence decided to go full method for shooting that scene, where she fights off three teenagers who attempts to take her clothes as she goes skinny dipping with co-star Andrew Barth Feldman. The scene is arguably the most hilarious moment of the entire movie, all thanks to Lawrence’s commitment to the story.

‘No Hard Feelings’ is streaming on Netflix starting today and it’s a perfect time to recall how Jennifer Lawrence committed to her craft. Speaking to Variety, she revealed her decision to remain completely naked throughout the entire day of shooting that scene. Her intention was to ease any tension that may present itself during such an important moment of the film. When she told the entire cast and crew she would go full commando, she said: “Everyone in my life and my team is doing the right thing and going, ‘Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure?’ I didn’t even have a second thought. It was hilarious to me. It’s really a scene that is better watched than described, but while it only lasts a few minutes in the movie, it took about a day to shoot.”

After many different experiences as part of Academy Award contenders, Jennifer Lawrence thought it was probably a good time to do something different. ‘No Hard Feelings’ tells the story of a struggling small town woman who is hired to take the virginity of a wealthy teenager by his own parents. As a result, we get one of the raunchiest comedies we’ve seen in a while and Lawrence delivers a highly entertaining performance. Her character Maddie offers young Percy the full girlfriend experience with the plan ofgetting a car once she takes his virginity.
