The American actress made for a low-key display for the outing, cladding her figure in a casual gymwear inspired ensemble and a baseball cap pulled over her face.

Jennifer switched out her usual glamorous ensembles for a loose-fitting vest, atop a sports bra, teamed with a pair of joggers.

The Hunger Games star added to the casual look with comfortable flip-flops and forewent any traces of make-up.

Teaming her baseball cap with a pair of oversized Ray-Ban shades, Jennifer looked happy and relaxed as she continued on about her day.

‘I start complaining. I have a pretty strict complaining regimen that I try to stick to. And I eat,’ the Hunger Games beauty shared.

The Silver Linings Playbook star added that she likes to just workout regularly than avoid certain foods or deprive herself of things she likes.

‘I don’t like when people say, “I only do this or eat this,”‘ she tells Vogue, ‘Because I eat. I’m not very strict with my diet: If I want a piece of pizza, I eat a piece of pizza.

‘But I do work out more than normal because I have a certain way that I want to look, and a way that I want to fit into my clothes,’ she continued.

According to Vogue, Jennifer works out with trainer Kit Rich, who she worked with during Red Sparrow, doing a combination of cardio and Pilates.

‘I don’t wear makeup. I always wear sunblock. Low bun. Dior Lip Glow. Sunglasses.’

Meanwhile, the Oscar-winner has enjoyed trips to Italy and France with her gallery director boyfriend Cooke Maroney this summer.

The couple met through Jennifer’s pal Laura Simpson.
