The upcoming movie No Hard Feelings revolves around Maddie played by Jennifer Lawrence, a Uber driver who is about to lose her childhood home. She comes in contact with “wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to ‘date’ their introverted 19-year-old son before he leaves for college,” via an ad. Maddie agrees to be their son Percy’s girlfriend in exchange for a Buick Regal.

During her appearance on the episode of Good Morning America, while talking to the host George Stephanopoulos, Jennifer Lawrence recalled a conversation she had with the late Barbara Walters in 2013. The actor was asked by late Barbara Walters where she saw herself ten years down the line. The 22-year-old Mother star had replied-

“Not in L.A. In a house, on a big property, and maybe starting a family, everything’s calm. I have a minivan. Well, I have a Volvo, but it’s not a minivan.”

Looking back, Jennifer Lawrence confessed that everything turned out according to the predictions she had made ten years before. The Passengers actor got married to  Cooke Maroney in October 2019.  The couple welcomed their son Cy, who is now one year old. On being asked what lies next for her, Jennifer Lawrence mentioned-

“There is just once you start your family, it’s just — it’s the greatest thing in the world. I’m just gonna try to take in every second and be present and enjoy it.”

On making a comeback after becoming a mother, the actor who happens to be the producer of her upcoming comedy movie No Hard Feelings said-

“I had just had a baby, so I definitely wasn’t planning on working, and I just, I read the script, and it was just too funny. It was the funniest thing I had ever read. It’s busy, but focused and streamlined. I don’t take on anything that I can’t personally read every draft of and give notes on.”

The movie No Hard Feelings, is set to release on June 23. The comedy movie features Lawrence Woodmere Academy graduate Andrew Barth Feldman and Jennifer Lawrence.

The X-Men star is making headlines with her chic fashion sense and sophisticated look all the way from the streets of London. She was spotted wearing a light gray oversized asymmetrical top with matching wide-legged pants. Her ensemble look was complemented by a black clutch bag, a red statement necklace, strappy heels, and black sunglasses. Jennifer Lawrence looked no less than a fashionista on the streets of London.

On talking about her movie, the actor said she wasn’t interested in a comeback but the script of No Hard Feelings lured her to the movie set. During her appearance on Good Morning America, she spoke to host George Stephanopoulos about her comeback. The actor said-

“I definitely wasn’t ready to work, I wasn’t planning on working for a long time. I had just had a baby and I definitely wasn’t planning on working for a long time. But I read the script and it was just too funny. It was the funniest thing I had ever read.”

Jennifer Lawrence welcomed her son Cy in 2022. No Hard Feelings is her first movie after embracing motherhood. While talking about her little co-star Andrew Barth Feldman, the actor mentioned-

We just wouldn’t have made the movie if we couldn’t find the right Percy, and we auditioned some great actors. And it was just immediate. He’s so smart and cool and dialed. And he put off going to Harvard to do this movie, very Percy-like.”

Jennifer Lawrence wants to enjoy her life as a mother. Other familiar faces who are a part of the upcoming movie cast include Hasan Minhaj, Natalie Morales, Matthew Broderick, and Laura Benanti.

No Hard Feelings would be released in theaters nationwide on June 23, 2023.
