Britney Spears opened up about fasting, fashion and feeling like she’s pregnant in a series of Instagram posts Tuesday.

The Grammy-winning singer, 41, in a post Tuesday detailed her recent interest in fasting after as she looks for self-improvement in her summer reading.

The popular artist posted a cover of the 2012 book The Transformational Power of Fasting: The Way to Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional Rejuvenation from late author Stephen Harrod Buhner.

The McComb, Mississippi-born entertainer said that she enjoyed a recent vacation to Mexico and the complement of food and drink, as she is able to again drink alcohol since the end of her conservatorship in late 2021.

‘Dear God … it’s the first year I’ve been able to drink alcohol so my trip to Mexico with all the amazing food and wine was unbelievable!!!’ Spears said. ‘I’m really into juicing and the heat makes me coo coo so I have to really watch what I put in my mouth … let’s be honest it’s confusing.’

The Toxic artist said that she’s been looking to balance beating the heat in her native Southern California while staying active at the same time.

‘Staying in all day with the air conditioner seems like the practical common sense thing to do but I’ve felt caged up my whole life!!!’ Spears said.

Spears said that she initially thought she was expecting this morning, chalking the feelings up to the heat and exhaustion after a long day.

‘I will be honest I woke up this morning and thought I was pregnant because I’m so nauseous but I think it’s the sun!!!’ said the Oops!… I Did It Again vocalist, who opened up last year about experiencing a pregnancy loss. ‘I ran errands all day yesterday.’

The …Baby One More Time performer said she wanted to share the book to spread the knowledge to her followers.

‘If we’re all under the same sun you guys have to be feeling coo coo too!!!’ Spears said. ‘I’m conditioning myself outside and inside … juicing is making me think better and more clear!!!’

Spears said that the book has valuable information she’s benefitted from physically and mentally.

‘I hate feeling nauseous and sick so if you guys feel the same way read this book … take someone’s hand and just meditate and if you have trust issues like I do … don’t really trust anybody!!!’

She later wrote, ‘A week with my fasting book and things have turned around!!! I love sharing and telling the truth because if I said sorry we lied like my family does … I wouldn’t be able to touch the hearts of so many GOOD PEOPLE!!!’

The pop starlet was also seen in a neon green tutu with tassels in a follow up post on Tuesday.

She showed off the eye-catching garment to the track Holy Grail, a collaboration between Jay-Z and her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

‘I put on my party dress!!!!!! My first yellow tutu !!!!’ she wrote.

The singer has had a busy past few days, as she recently reunited with longtime friend Lance Bass and met his twins; and released a new single titled Mind Your Business with Will.i.am.
