Britney Spears’ lawyer Mathew Rosengart has said that her former business manager is lying and has made more than $18 million during the thirteen-year-long conservatorship. TriStar Entertainment denied any participation in this whole incident. The owner Lou Taylor spoke about their involvement in this case:
“had no role in creating a guardianship for Britney Spears.”
Robert Greenhill, Lou’s partner further added:

“At the time the guardianship was established by this Court in early 2008, TriStar had no role in Ms. Spears’ affairs,”

Britney’s attorney also claimed that Jamie Spears took a loan of $40,000 at that time to get them her business which was not such a big company at that time.
