There’s no more skimming through law books for her.

Reality star Kim Kardashian reportedly may have put her dreams of being a lawyer “on pause” after the reality television star found herself being pulled in too many directions, according to an unsubstantiated source for The Sun.

“Last year she slowly realized how tedious it was and how never-ending the study was,” an insider told The Sun in a report on Saturday. “She can’t drop it without looking bad, looking like she couldn’t pass it after all the work and all of her talk about how passionate she was about pushing for prison reform.”

According to the source, Kardashian, 43, has been too busy with her other business ventures to continue studying the law.

“She’s been too busy because her various business ventures have rocketed,” the insider claimed. “Between the new PE SKKY partnership which is on a huge acquisition spree, and her own Skims businesses – they all need her right now.”

The source also claimed that being a mother of four children has also taken priority over her legal aspirations.

“The biggest problem she has for not being able to progress to the bar exams or dedicate her time to study is Kanye,” they said referring to the couple’s four children: North, 10, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 4.

“Because he is such an unreliable father at the moment, she can’t count on or rely on him,” the source added. “She can’t sacrifice time with her kids for it if he’s not doing his share of parenting.”

Despite rumors that Kardashian might be throwing in the gavel, the law student appears to be looking ahead in her legal career as she recently dedicated her endeavors to her late father, lawyer Robert Kardashian, Sr., in her message to GQ after the magazine awarded her with their 2023 Man Of The Year award.

She also then confirmed her plans to take the California Bar Exam by early 2025.

The Post reached out to Kardashian for comment.

Kardashian first revealed her legal aspirations in 2019 when she posted on her Instagram that she was prepping to take the California bar exam.

In December 2021, Kardashian revealed that she had officially passed California’s First-Year Law Students’ Examination or the “baby bar” after taking the test four times.

“Last year I registered with the California State Bar to study law,” she wrote in the post. “For the next 4 years, a minimum of 18 hours a week is required, I will take written and multiple-choice tests monthly.”

“As my first year is almost coming to an end I am preparing for the baby bar, a mini version of the bar, which is required when studying law this way.”

The reality star said that upon revealing the news, she received several hateful comments from people claiming that it was her “privilege” and “money” that got her where she was.

“One person actually said I should ‘stay in my lane.’ I want people to understand that there is nothing that should limit your pursuit of your dreams, and the accomplishment of new goals,” continued Kardashian. “You can create your own lanes, just as I am. The state bar doesn’t care who you are. This option is available to anyone whose state allows it.”

Prior to the model sitting the examination, Kardashian proved that she had a slight aptitude for the legal system when she helped commute the sentence of Julius Jones, who was sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit.

Since then, the Skims founder has remained mum about her legal career.

“She really struggled with the study, hated having to do the outlines and essays required to even be at a competent level and it was going to take her a few years of study to pass the exams and a few likely fails,” the source told The Sun.

“She did some midterm exams last year and they finished her off.”
