Taylor Swift made a lot of headlines when she decided to skip the Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 3 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sept. 22. That was the first time the singing icon missed a Chiefs game this season, which was further highlighted by the fact that her boyfriend Travis Kelce had been struggling on the field to start the season.

According to reports, Swift was unable to attend the game in Atlanta after going on a night out in New York City the previous night with gal pal Gigi Hadid. Swift, however, reportedly called Kelce before and after the game to give him her support.

As it turns out, that’s not all she did for her beau.

According to a new report by Laura Collins of DailyMail.com, Swift flew all the way from New York to Kansas City to be with Kelce the morning after the game.

DailyMail.com presented more evidence of the secret tryst by citing a report from gossip podcast “Deux Moi” indicating that the pair “shut down” popular Kansas City restaurant “Noka” during Swift’s visit.

For what it’s worth, Swift also ended up missing the Chiefs’ next game, which was a win (their fourth straight) against the Los Angeles Chargers at the SoFi Stadium in LA. Reports indicate that scheduling conflicts have been the reason behind the “Fortnight” singer’s absence for that one as she prepares to go back on her “Eras Tour” later this month.

Security concerns have also been cited as a reason for Swift’s no-show in LA, with her team reportedly more comfortable having her watch Chiefs home games.

The good news for Kelce is that the two-time defending champs return home for Week 6. They host the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, and it would be a welcome sight to see Swift back in the stands to support her boyfriend. That is, of course, if she is able to attend the game.
