The 41-year-old looked impossibly fresh faced on January 1st in a makeup-free morning selfie with her two youngest children Penelope and Reign, which she shared to Instagram on Friday.

In the caption the mother of three reflected on lessons she learned during a difficult year and her gratitude for quality time spent with her family.

Not quite ready to let go of the holiday season, Kourtney smiled broadly in the snap all decked out in Christmas PJs snuggled up with her two kids.

Reign, six, pulled a goofy face in the selfie wearing some tie-dye olive and white jammies.

Big sister Penelope, eight, meanwhile looked a little less enthused to be posing for early photos.

‘Feeling extra grateful this morning that I get to wake up with these cuties, for all of the special time we got together this last year, for all of the reminders about what really matters, for slowing down,’ Kourtney penned in the caption.

She added: ‘I learned so much this past year! Sending prayers of health and happiness to all. Happy New Year! (And yes, still in Christmas pajamas)’

Kourtney shares her two children, along with her first born, 11-year-old Mason, with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.

Scott, a KUWTK mainstay, started dating Kourtney in 2006 after being introduced by Joe Francis.

They were hot and cold for years, breaking things off for the first time in 2009 but rekindled things after Mason was born.

Things didn’t stay copacetic for long though and by the following year Scott’s hard partying ways caused a second split.

The ended for good in 2015 after they welcomed two other children into the mix and have been co-parenting together ever since.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star looked far more glam the night before as she rang in the New Year with tequila and leather.

Kourtney rocked a plunging patent leather party dress with high heels and a high ponytail at her home in Calabasas, California.

She posed for some festive social media snaps in front of her swanky bar while shaking up some tequila cocktails. The Kardashian/Jenner favorite is a simple mix of tequila over ice with lime.

This year, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe kept their NYE low key and stayed home in Southern California with their respective families.

Meanwhile younger sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner spent their holiday hitting the slopes in Aspen, Colorado along with Kylie’s daughter Stormi, her on/off again beau Travis Scott, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble and some friends.
