In an Instagram Story, The Kardashians star uploaded a black-and-white workout video of herself exercising on a treadmill.

She pointed the camera at her legs while marching on the moving machine.

Kourtney shared: “Seven weeks postpartum: first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline.

“Taking it easy, no rush, no pressure, mamas.”

The Hulu star ended: “Your body is healing. It’s not a race.”

THE COMMENTS

In an online thread, fans became divided when they noticed the reality star walking on a supposed steep incline on the treadmill.

One critic noted: “God, I have no kids, but a 12 percent incline is death for me.”

Another fan supported: “I’m not saying everyone needs to go to a gym, and especially someone who has just given birth, but very light exercise can be life-saving.

“Hell, even a five-minute walk can be helpful.”

Another critic pointed out: “I can barely do six percent incline, let alone 12 percent. That is hard.”

The TV personality has not been seen in public, nor on social media, since giving birth to baby Rocky Thirteen Barker at the start of November.

Reports have claimed Kourtney and her husband, Travis Barker, 47, kept Rocky in hiding and away from family to enjoy time with him alone.

A source close to the family said that the Barker/Kardashian clan has refused family visits

The TV personality has kept a strict “invite-only rule” for anyone heading out to visit her baby boy, The U.S. Sun exclusively learned in early November.

The insider told The Sun: “Kourtney and Travis have communicated that they will be taking ‘family only’ time for the newly blended family and for Kourt to rest, and then they will be inviting the extended family over on an individual basis.”
