KOURTNEY Kardashian has revealed a major construction area at her $12 million Palm Springs mansion.

The 44-year-old Lemme founder shared a clip on Saturday showing a whole area of work being done in the courtyard of her vacation home.

“hi construction zone,” Kourtney captioned a short clip showing piles of dirt and debris outside the large panel windows.

The new mom is enjoying a relaxing break this week at her desert getaway spot.

She bought the $12 million property, in La Quinta, California, in May 2021.

The single level home boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms features a “tranquil courtyard” with a sitting area and fire pit.

It appears that Kourtney is planning a big makeover for the courtyard space.

The home also has panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, and the 16th tee of the Tom Fazio-designed golf course.

It was listed for sale on February 3, 2021 for $13,995,000.

Kourtney’s undertaking the major construction at the property just weeks after giving birth to son Rocky Thirteen Barker with husband Travis Barker, 48.

‘ROCKY’S PARENTS’

This week Kourtney and Travis were criticized for seemingly neglecting their other kids and focusing on their newborn.

Kourtney is a mom to sons Mason, 14, and Reign, nine, and a daughter, Penelope, 11, with her ex, Scott Disick, 40.

Meanwhile, Travis shares two kids, Landon, 20, and Alabama, 18, with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, 49.

The couple made a public appearance together at the Emmy Awards on January 15.

Afterwards, Kourtney posted a snap of the lovebirds rocking matching ensembles to the event.

“Rocky’s parents,” she wrote in her caption, which stirred up backlash from critics in the comments, accusing the model of disregarding her older children.

“Did she forget about her other kids?” one person questioned.

“What about the other kids , they are also important. Don’t single out kids. Jealously comes later. Happy for your new baby but don’t [neglect] the other 5,” another wrote.

“So rocky is your only child??? Think before you post – I’m sure your kids see these,” added a third.

“You have other kids too like what,” said a fourth, while someone else chimed in: “Include ALL the children’s name if you’re gonna do all that…. Smh.”

“Yes and you’re a mother to 3 other children just in case you’ve forgotten.. doesn’t fit in with the Kravis narrative,” a final remarked.

LEMME CRITICISM

In recent days Kourtney has been promoting the launch of her Lemme range of supplements in Target stores.

In some posts shared to her Instagram, the Hulu star walked around a Target with a megaphone as she encouraged shoppers to buy her products.

In the comment section of the Instagram post, critics of the reality star were confused by Kourtney’s marketing tactic, and one attacked the brand.

A critic wrote: “Sorry, Lemme sucks! Tried and none worked.”

Kourtney replied directly to them and said: “I am sending you some to actually try!”

Another commenter said: “Doesn’t sound very enthusiastic…she probably doesn’t even shop there.”

“Girl, we know you shut that store down to be in there filming. There aren’t any customers in there,” said a third.

“The most monotone voice to use a megaphone ever we love to see it tho,” wrote a fan.

A fifth said: “I hope they didn’t do this lol no offense but it’s obnoxious.”
