Soon the Rhode Skin founder started receiving death threats. As things escalated for the worst, Gomez took to her Instagram to address the issue.

She requested people stop harassing Bieber. According to her message, it was the 26-year-old model that had requested Gomez to protect her against the slew of hatred.

However recently according to Radar Online, it was Gomez’s ex Justin Bieber who requested the protection of his wife. The former couple might not be close anymore, but the situation reportedly left him with no other option.
