Kanye, 46, purchased the 4,000-square-foot Malibu, California property in September 2021.

But the rapper had put a stop to all the renovations on the $57 million residence by November 2022.

Now the home sits in disrepair, despite boasting a gorgeous oceanfront view.

In new photos taken of the mansion this week, it is clear that no work has been done in over a year as it has been left to the elements more than two years after Kanye purchased the property.

The Malibu beach house is an eyesore on the shoreline as a shell of concrete covered with debris and rusty railings.

The structure has been left open to the elements to deteriorate over time.

The rooms are abandoned without any sort of finishing to protect the foundation.

Meanwhile, the neighboring mansions are completed with high-end windows, roofing, and decor along the expensive beach row.

Kanye doesn’t seem the least bit concerned about his vacation home falling into ruin, as he has been partying it up in Miami, Florida with his wife, Bianca Censori, 28.

The Yeezy founder and architect were spotted at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen on Monday.

In the clip, the Australian artist laughed as DJ Sky High Baby twerked on her.

She was nude except for a sheer bodysuit during the outing and accessorized with a fur hat.

In the video, she was seen grinding on and slapping her friend’s butt as the musician bent over and twerked on her.

Kanye meanwhile appeared completely unfazed.

He appeared behind Bianca in the video, seemingly paying very little attention to what she was doing.

Grabs from the clip were shared on an online forum, where critics shared their reactions.

Many honed in on the odd detail, slamming Bianca.

“It honestly looks like she’s doing it to get his attention, and he just does not care. Knowing what Kanye is like, it is probably totally deliberate that he’s not looking in her direction AT ALL,” one critic commented.

Someone else speculated: “Yep. It’s the narcissistic spam cycle happening before our eyes!”

The strange encounter came amid the news that Kanye and his wife had an explosive fight about their relationship.

After being inseparable for months, they were said to be on a break, as Bianca took a solo trip to Australia to see her family.
