The former couple committed not to sell their shares in the company without the consent of the other. In the recent revelation about the case, the Babylon star revealed that the Maleficent actress went behind his back and sold her part of the shares.
The actor allege in court that no portion of this shared property was to be sold without the other’s consent. Jolie made a secret deal by selling her 50% stake.
The former couple bought the French estate in 2008, and they even got married on the property. The property share they had was worth around $30 million.
