During her appearance on The Ellen Show, Anisten recounted her post-breakup experience, including the impact of her relationship with Vaughn.

… I did a movie called The Break-Up,” Aniston revealed I just kinda leaned into the end. I just was like, ‘You know what, guys? Let’s make this a completely new chapter. Let’s just end everything and start new.’ It worked great.”

In a Vogue interview, she explained that Vaughn was her rock during those times. She expressed that he brought joy back into her life. Being a source of inspiration and immeasurable laughter, Vaughn was the perfect match for the time they spent together.

“I call Vince my defibrillator,” she said in 2008. “He literally brought me back to life. My first gasp of air was a big laugh! It was great. I love him. He’s a bull in a china shop. He was lovely, fun, and perfect for the time we had together. And I needed that. And it sort of ran its course.”

The movie also brought both of them together romantically, and they ended up dating briefly. After they split in 2008, Aniston explained how easily she gelled with her Break-Up costar.

Meanwhile, Vaughn is currently married to Kyla Weber and shares two children. After the eventful split with Pitt, Aniston enjoyed a successful career and later married Justin Theroux before divorcing in 2018. Presently, Aniston is reportedly single.
