Shannon Sharpe is in deep water.
The NFL Hall of Famer and an ESPN personality is facing serious allegations in a lawsuit filed in Nevada.
The plaintiff, who has since been identified as Gabriella’ Gabbi’ Zuniga, claims that Sharpe raped her multiple times during what she describes as a tumultuous two-year “consensual relationship.”
The $50 million lawsuit details various incidents, including allegations that Sharpe recorded their encounters without her consent and shared these recordings.
Recently, the text messages between the two parties have been shared on social media. And soon after the upload, internet fans are going wild crazy with their reactions over the communication.
As per the shared text messages:
Doe: “I cried when u left because I begged you to put a condom on and not put it in my a** and u didn’t listen.”
Doe: “I don’t care what our history is… no means no, Shannon.”
Sharpe: “Can I call you later?”
Additionally, the complaint also cited the consent between the two.
“A woman can say ‘yes’ to consensual sexual relations with a man ninety-nine times. But when she says ‘no’ even once, that ‘no’ means no,” the complaint said.
The lawsuit indicates that the woman met Sharpe when she was 22 at a gym in Los Angeles in 2023. She claims he allegedly pursued her before they began a relationship.
However, the leaked chats have caused a major stir on social media.
