The defensive end was not happy about this roughing the passer call.

The ‘Great against under .500 but average against competent teams’ Bowl game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins did not fail to entertain. While the Dolphins beat America’s team 22-20, the game was not without its share of heated moments and controversial calls. The most controversial call was a roughing the passer call on defensive end Micah Parsons.
The play would have been deemed to be a normal sack, had Parsons not charged into Tua Tagovailoa like a raging bull. He hit the quarterback in the back and as a result, Tua folded within seconds and hit the turf hard. The angle of this play made it seem like it was unnecessary roughness and the referees were quick to throw a flag.
This did NOT sit well with Parsons, who had enough and began to argue with the referee whilst he was calling the penalty. If not for DeMarcus Lawrence holding him back, Parsons would have been all up in the face of the official and would likely be facing a suspension, he could still be slapped with a fine by the NFL for his conduct.
Roughing the passer? Micah Parsons disagrees

Micah Parsons pushed Tua Tagovailoa from the back which led to the QB hitting the turf hard
The call on the third down play with under a minute to go ultimately resulted in the Dolphins scoring a touchdown a couple of plays later to get the lead. After the game ended, he vented his frustration out by stating via John Machota of The Athletic,

Is Micah Parsons alluding to the fact that players on the Cowboys are subjected to different rules? He remained adamant on the fact that he was just doing his job and the referee was penalizing him for the same. The hit was not late either. The play fell within all parameters of a legal sack, but ultimately, the referee’s call prevailed.
Cowboys DE/LB Micah Parsons on the penalties: "It's mind-blowing, the things that are getting called, and the positions that we get put in. We just have to learn how to fight the adversity. I know a lot of it is BS, but it's the world we live in. We've got the star on our helmet.…

This has not been the first time this season that the referees have made controversial calls during games, week-over-week, there are at least two to three calls made that are questionable but this season, it does seem to be getting a bit out of hand.
