After Kanye West withdrew from the performance lineup, Coachella organizers immediately found a replacement.

Just one day after Kanye West announced he would no longer perform at the Coachella music festival, the organizers immediately deployed and found a replacement. Accordingly, the two artists who will replace Kanye as the main performers for the upcoming April 17 and April 24 shows are The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia.

“I’m looking forward to seeing Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd headline this year,” Coachella president Paul Tollett shared. “We have a special relationship with Abel (The Weeknd) and I know it very well.” Thankful that Coachella is the place to witness the performances of iconic artists on the same stage.”

Previously, many audiences were quite disappointed when Kanye West withdrew from the performance lineup at this year’s Coachella music festival. However, this is not a surprising decision as the male rapper has made a series of unpredictable and aggressive moves over the past several months. Most recently, he also confirmed that he is “looking for help” to feel better mentally.

In addition to The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia, Coachella organizers also announced Harry Styles and Billie Eilish as the main performers for this year’s music festival.
