Angry at being given a broken microphone, American rapper – actor 50 Cent threw it down, injuring a fan in the forehead.

During the concert on the evening of August 30 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, staff repeatedly gave 50 Cent faulty microphones. The first time, the 48-year-old rapper dropped the microphone on the ground, but the second time, he got angry and threw all his strength off the stage. Immediately after that, the owner of the hit song In Da Club continued to perform and did not care where the microphone flew.

According to TMZ , the strong throw caused a female spectator named Bryhana Monegain to have a cut forehead and scratches on her hand. In the photo posted by this news site, Bryhana has a deep cut in the middle of her forehead and blood all over her face. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.

Bryhana Monegain, host of the Power 106 radio program, reported the incident to Los Angeles police. 50 Cent is currently a suspect in an assault investigation.

The rapper’s attorney, Scott Leemon, told TMZ that his client never intentionally used the microphone to attack anyone.

A source close to 50 Cent explained the woman was in a restricted area near the stage where she “wasn’t allowed to stand.”

However, when reporting to the police, Bryhana Monegain said the area where she stood was not restricted. Bryhana also said 50 cent looked straight at her before throwing the microphone.

Last month, female rapper Cardi B caused a stir for throwing a microphone at an audience member who splashed water on her at a concert in Las Vegas. The microphone hit the girl’s shoulder and then flew into another female audience member standing next to her. The person who was accidentally hit by the microphone reported it to the police, but in the end Cardi B was not prosecuted. The microphone was auctioned for charity.
