Patrick Mahomes has more to say about the offensive offsides call on Sunday night.

During the Chiefs-Bills game, Travis Kelce made an all-time lateral play for a touchdown that didn’t count due to an offensive offsides penalty on Kadarius Toney.

A heated Mahomes cursed out the refs on the sideline after the play, and blasted the officials during his postgame press conference.

“For a flag to change the outcome of the game, in that moment, I’ve played seven years and never offensive offsides called…they warn you, there was no warning throughout the entire game and you wait until a minute left in the game to make a call like that, it’s tough man.”

Mahomes went on to say that the call not only cost the Chiefs the game, but also negatively impacted Kelce’s Hall of Fame career.

“To take the game in his hands over a call like that doesn’t affect the play at all…that’s a Hall of Fame tight end making a Hall of Fame play that won’t be shown because he threw a flag for offensive offsides, so it not only takes away from this game and this season, but from a legendary career that Travis has had.”
