Call it an Easter egg.

Taylor Swift may have hinted that she and longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn called it quits a week before news of their split broke.

Fans believe Swift hinted at her relationship status when she replaced her infamous love letter to Alwyn “Invisible String” with “The 1” during her March 31 Eras Tour show in Arlington, Texas.

“Realizing why Taylor switched out invisible string for the 1,” one fan captioned a TikTok video of herself crying to the lyrics which include, “It would’ve been fun if you would’ve been the one.”

“This was not the Easter egg I was hoping for this weekend,” another wrote over a video of herself.

The post was accompanied by a caption which read, “changing invisible string to the 1 may have been more intentional then [sic] we thought but i also refuse to believe its true.”

A third person chimed in, “Realizing the breakup might be why Taylor switched the setlist from invisible string to the 1.”

A source close to Swift, 33, and Alwyn, 32, confirmed to Page Six Saturday that the pair have called it quits.

“It wasn’t dramatic,” the source said, noting the breakup happened a few weeks ago, and there was no bad blood between the pair.

“[The relationship] just ran its course.”

Page Six reached out repeatedly to both stars’ reps, but has not heard back.

Fans noticed the “Conversations with Friends” star hadn’t made an appearance at Swift’s Eras Tour over the past month, but it didn’t raise suspicion as the former couple was notoriously private.

After meeting at the 2016 Met Gala, the pair started dating later that year, however their relationship wasn’t made public until 2017.

Despite rabid speculation from Swifties about which of her songs were about the “Catherine Called Birdy” actor, Swift and Alwyn remained tight-lipped.

“I’m aware people want to know about that side of things,” Alwyn told Vogue in 2018.

“I think we have been successfully very private and that has now sunk in for people.”

Swift echoed her former beau’s comments in her 2020 documentary, “Miss Americana.”

“We decided together we wanted our relationship to be private,” she said.

She went on, “But I wasn’t happy in the way I was trained to be happy. It was happiness without anyone else’s input. We were just… happy.”

The “All Too Well” chart topper’s other exes famously include Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, Harry Styles, Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston.
