Parsons also defends the 49ers in light of their losing streak.

The Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers have been rivals for a long time. In the most recent matchup, the latter blew out the former 42-10 in Week 5 of this season. However, after that week, the 49ers embarked upon a 3-game losing streak as the team fell to teams such as the Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings, and the Cincinnati Bengals. This has led to fans and analysts getting concerned about the team’s odds as the season progresses.
However, Micah Parsons, the linebacker of the Dallas Cowboys, is not at all concerned about the San Francisco 49ers. On the latest iteration of his podcast, The Edge with Micah Parsons, he addressed the rise and fall of teams in the NFL with reference to the 49ers.
It's always a rise and fall in the NFL...At one point, you're always going to be on top of the mountain.
The San Francisco 49ers started off on a hot streak this season winning 5 games straight. They had established themselves as the kings of the mountain. However, Parsons added that the game has a way to knock the king down from his high horse.
Micah Parsons indicates that the 49ers were bound to be humbled sooner or later
Parsons further added,
Football has a funny way of keeping people humble...everyone has to deal with these things in the NFL versus its injuries versus its adversity.
Parsons believes that if the Dallas Cowboys were in the position that the 49ers are in, then they would not be able to “survive three losses.”

The linebacker does not think that Brock Purdy is the reason for the 49ers’ recent struggles.
A lot of people are saying it's Purdy and it's always easy to blame the quarterback.
Parsons brings up the narrative in the media when the 49ers were winning back-to-back games. Brock Purdy was hailed as a great quarterback and that he is the future of the Bay.

However, now that the team is going through a rough patch, the same people who hailed Brock Purdy are now blaming him for the team’s losses. Parsons is of the opinion that the 49ers are just “battling adversity” and that the team needs to “turn it around.”
The linebacker concludes by stating,
I definitely think the 49ers will bounce back, they're a great team.
He has faith in his rivals that they will manage to get back up and continue winning for the rest of the season. Parsons is of the opinion that the 49ers should not be buried for losing three straight games.
I think the 49ers humbled us and...life humbled them.
He cited the example of the Dallas Cowboys who were having a great season until they were blown out by their rivals.
