Just a few minutes after being posted, two bare-faced photos of the former Disney star attracted millions of likes from the audience. In the photos, the 30-year-old star revealed her face without makeup, showing freckles, acne marks and even signs of aging. However, Selena is still very confident when sharing her “real” face with her fans. Despite revealing many flaws, the singer/actress is still praised for sending a positive message about each person’s natural beauty.

The post also received a series of positive responses from fans. They thanked the female singer for always living her truth and not hesitating to convey optimistic messages about the true beauty behind the spotlight to the audience.

However, Selena Gomez also admitted that she was pressured to the point of “crying her eyes out” when she was often disparaged for her appearance on social networks.
