JENNIFER ANISTON IS MAD THAT ADAM SANDLER DIDN’T GIFT HER A MASERATI
Meanwhile, he gave all his ‘Grown Ups’ pals sports cars. Justice for Jen!

Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are on the promotional circuit for their new Netflix film Murder Mystery 2, and with each star’s decades-spanning careers, as well as their shared 35-year friendship, interviewers have a lot to ask about.
In a casual conversation reported by USA Today, the duo bantered about their history together, how they help each other (Sandler reportedly “has the Vital Proteins bars Aniston collaborated on in his fridge”), and what it’s like to be part of a Happy Madison film.

But it turns out not all Happy Madison cast gifts are the same. Aniston was taken aback when the topic of what Sandler gifted his castmates on the 2010 film Grown Ups came up. Famously, Sandler gave that film’s other leads, Kevin James, Chris Rock, and David Spade, new Maseratis to celebrate its completion. Aniston, apparently, did not receive a comparable car for Murder Mystery, or its sequel.
Kicking off a classic self-deprecating Sandler bit, he continued:
“You want to know the truth with Jennifer? I bought her three Ferraris. Every time I wheel it up there, some guy comes out and goes, ‘Hey, get that out of here,’ and I’m like, ‘No, no, this is a gift.'”
Aniston, playing into faux-outrage, got up and “stormed out” of the interview, leaving Sandler to call her back with “Jennifer, don’t you do this to me! You got three Ferraris!” We’ll have to wait and see what the wrap gift is for Aniston if they wind up making Murder Mystery 3.
