Offset has been making Cardi look like a clown on these streets for the past couple of days, but the last straw was when he went public with his new girlfriend, Jade. Cardi is done dealing with his BS, so she not only filed for divorce, but she is also coming for every last dollar that Offset has, and she is NOT here to play. Cardi B has filed for divorce from her rapper husband Offset after just three years of marriage, amid claims he cheated throughout their entire relationship.

The Bodak Yellow rapper filed documents in Superior Court, Fulton County, Georgia on Tuesday under their real names — Belcalis Almanzar and Kiari Cephus — as part of a divorce petition, according to TMZ.

Cardi, 27, married the hitmaker, 28, in a secret ceremony in 2017 and they share daughter Kulture, two, however their doomed romance is now over as it has been claimed that he 'pretty much' cheated throughout the marriage.

Offset's infidelity appears to have been the breaking point as a source told People: 'Offset has pretty much cheated the entire time but Cardi looked the other way because of the baby. She also didn't want to be embarrassed. But she's had enough.'

The court documents state that 'there are no prospects for a reconciliation' and that the relationship is 'irretrievably broken.'

However, the documents add that Cardi hopes the divorce 'will be settled by agreement of the parties', according to E! News.

News of the split was first reported by Hollywood Unlocked.

As well as details of the alleged infidelity, in Cardi's divorce filing, she stated she 'is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody' of the couple's child.

New reports have claimed she is softening her approach to seek a joint custody agreement. The Bronx-born recording artist is also seeking child support, although TMZ states the exact amount is unclear.

With the incredible success of her debut studio album, Invasion of Privacy, Cardi's assumed net worth is around $24 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, while 28-year-old Offset's fortune is estimated at $26 million.

Despite what appeared to be an amorous relationship on social media, Offset's last appearance on his wife's Instagram was on August 20 when she shared a clip from his video, Need It.

In a lengthy post on his Instagram, he wrote: 'We're going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you Cardi. I embarrassed you. I made you go crazy.'

He went on: 'I was partaking in activity that I shouldn't have been partaking in, and I apologize. You know what I'm saying? For breaking your heart, for breaking our promise, for breaking God's promise and being a selfish, messed up husband.'

He added: 'I'm trying to be a better person..... I apologize to you Cardi. I love you.'

Cardi and Offset did reconcile again, getting back together in 2019.

Responding to her critics, Cardi explained in an interview with Cosmopolitan published in April 2019 that she didn't feel she had to answer to anyone about her personal life.

'I know I look good, I know I'm rich, I know I'm talented,' she told the magazine. 'I know I could get any man I want — any basketball player, football player. But I want to work out my s— with my man, and I don't got to explain why.'

During an Instagram live on Friday, December 15th, Cardi called out her ex for being deceitful in an expletive rant.

"He like to play games with me because he knows I'm not an easy girl," and continued by saying: "esterday, I could have been out. I could have been chilling. I could have been this and that. He knows I'm in my house. He knows that I'm chilling. He knows I'm not doing the most, and I really been sparing you. I really been sparing you."

Offset has yet to respond to Cardi B's allegations, with a source telling E! News that the 'Up' rapper is "curious for a new life, for a new beginning," and has "been single for a minute now."

Sharing her family Christmas photos exclusively with PEOPLE, the multi-hyphenate mom, 42, dressed in matching pajamas with husband Carter Reum and their two kids — daughter London Marilyn, 6 weeks, and son Phoenix, 11 months.

"Carter and I couldn’t wait to take our very first holiday photo with Phoenix & London, as a family of 4," Hilton exclusively tells PEOPLE.

In another photo, Reum is seen wrangling a curious Phoenix as Hilton repositions her baby girl on her lap.

Hilton announced last month that she and Reum welcomed a second child through a post shared on Instagram.

“Thankful for my baby girl🥹🩷👶🏼," the DJ wrote alongside a snap of a pink Peter Pan collared top, which had "London" etched on the front, and cozy bottoms with in-built feet.

Speaking with PEOPLE after her daughter's birth, Hilton said, "I'm just over the moon that our little princess is here!"

She added that she and Reum "are just so grateful and so happy. It's exciting to be spending our first holidays as parents."

Hilton and Reum got engaged in February 2021 after more than a year of dating and tied the knot in a three-day wedding ceremony that November. A longtime friend of the Hilton family, Reum — a Chicago native — is an author, entrepreneur, and started venture capital firm M13.

Earlier this month, the heiress shared footage of precious time with her two children. One clip showed Hilton cradling her newborn daughter out of frame, showing only the top of the infant's head, as she filmed Phoenix in his baby bouncer.

"Is that your sister?" Hilton asked her son in the video, who reached out a hand to touch little London's head. "Be gentle," instructed his mom.
