The Internet has noticed a concerning pattern when it comes to Kim’s treatment of her 10-year old daughter.

It’s often Kanye West who comes under fire for his parenting decisions, but his ex-wife Kim Kardashian was recently called out for the “creepy” way she treats their eldest child.

On Sunday, Kim shared a photo of pink-colored past, explaining her daughter North, 10, made the intriguing dish. “North made me Barbie pasta for dinner AKA dragonfruit pasta,” Kim revealed.

However, it wasn’t long before online critics began doubting if North really did make the pasta, noting that this would be a difficult dish for a 10-year old to make. “Be so for real, [Kim]. Certainly a 10-year-old knows what dragon fruit is and how to turn it into pasta sauce,” one person wrote on a Reddit thread about Kim’s pink pasta.

Others pointed out that Kim always seems to show what North is doing for her, which some critics found concerning given her daughter’s young age.

“Why the f**k is it always North catering to Kim? Even if she didn’t make it herself, but just asked Chef to make it…why is it North planned this getaway for me, North cooked this food for me, North arranged this for me?” one comment said.

Another added, “Why is it never, I thought it would be cute to have Barbie themed pasta so asked Chef to make this for North before we saw the movie?”

Finally, one comment said Kim’s treatment of North seems “creepy.” “She’s using North like a surrogate partner. It’s codependent and creepy,” the comment said.

Kim Has Been Accused Of Lying About North’s Skills Before

Kim has been accused of lying about her daughter North’s skills before, and it’s not only the 10-year old’s cooking talent that’s come into question. In 2021, the Internet doubted that North painted a photo, despite Kim swearing the then-7-year old really did.

“Shout out to all the proud moms out there that love to show their baby’s masterpieces,” Kim wrote on Instagram alongside a Bob Ross-inspired painting, allegedly done by North. The picture showed a lake with two trees nestled together and a snowy mountain in the backdrop. “My little artists North,” Kim added, showing a photo of her daughter holding the portrait.

However, critics instantly doubted that a 7-year-old was able to make such an intricate painting. Others even claimed the signature in the bottom corner is proof of Photoshop and that North didn’t create the art.

This prompted Kim to defend North’s skills. The reality star created a long post, emphasizing North was behind the art work. “Don’t play with me when it comes to my children!!!” Kim wrote. “My daughter and her best friend have been taking a serious oil painting class where their talents and creativity are being encouraged and nurtured.”

She continued, “North worked incredibly hard on her painting, which took several weeks to complete. As a proud mom, I wanted to share her work with everyone.”

“How dare you see children doing awesome things and then try to accuse them of NOT being awesome!?!?!” Kim concluded.

So far, Kim has responded to the recent controversy over the dragon fruit pasta North allegedly made.
