Paris Hilton is a better actress than we thought … we’ve learned she was totally in on the “near plane crash” stunt.

TMZ has obtained a document prepared by the Egyptian production company behind the prank. Turns out Paris wasn’t their first choice. The company sent the offer to the reps of other American celebs back in March, offering them big money to participate in the prank.

The document states, “We will act as if something is going wrong and ask all passengers to jump off the plane!!! Of course everyone will panic, we’ll be having skydivers in disguise with us on board.”

The doc goes on, “We will monitor the funny reactions from our celebrity guest when they fear jumping off the plane.”

And the document even mentions the stunt has the blessing of Dubai authorities … “Dubai official authorities are monitoring this show and providing us with security. If you want to make sure, you can contact the office of crown prince of Dubai, his majesty Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He himself will be supervising the progress of the project.”

Sources say the production company offered a huge amount of money to a willing celeb … in the million dollar range.

We got Paris out Wednesday in Bev Hills, and listen closely … she talks about the pilot “taking it too far.” The question … what, if anything, was she expecting?

Paris Hilton is planning to sue those who tricked her into believing she was about to be in a plane crash.

The heiress, who was secretly filmed in an aeroplane as it pretended to fail in the skies above Dubai, is reportedly going to demand compensation for the prank.

According to TMZ, the blonde beauty is “totally freaked out” over the prospect of flying and has already begun getting her lawyers involved.

The stunt was planned by an Egyptian television show and saw the socialite lured into taking an aerial tour of Dubai with actor Ramaz Galal.

The heiress was visibly scared

In the disturbing footage gathered, the 34-year-old is fooled into thinking that the aircraft has experienced a fault and will soon crash.

After several minutes of screaming and crying, the plane lands and Paris is led to believe that she’s avoided disaster.

However it is not until she is back on land that the reality star is told it was all one big joke.

We have reached out to Paris’ reps for a comment.

Paris will no doubt be wanting to put the ordeal behind her and start looking towards the future.

One project that the multi-millionairess will certainly be hoping for is a new series of The Simple Life.

Paris, who starred on the show alongside pal Nicole Richie, recently revealed that she wants to see it return.

She said: “I do still watch it back. It’s so good. It was just weird, we were just living our lives so when I actually watch it I’m like, ‘Oh my god, this is so funny’.”
