Dakota Johnson described Taylor Swift as the “most powerful person in America” while making a dig at Donald Trump during her “Saturday Night Live” monologue.

The two-time “SNL” host – who was joined by musical guest Justin Timberlake for the live taping over the weekend – reflected on her first time hosting the NBC comedy staple.

“The last time I hosted was right after the ‘SNL’ 40th [anniversary]. I was actually in the audience for that special,” the “50 Shades of Grey” star explained, as a photo from the 2015 special flashed on screen.

“Look at this collection of people: Sarah Palin, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg,” Johnson, 34, went on.

“And look who’s sitting right behind me,” she added, as the camera zoomed in on the former Republican president.

“Crazy to be standing so close to someone who would become the most powerful person in America,” Johnson quipped, as the camera then shifted to the “Cruel Summer” singer, who was also in the audience at the time.

Of course, Swift, 34, is no stranger to the hallowed halls of “SNL” at 30 Rock.

Most recently, she and boyfriend Travis Kelce made surprise appearances to support rapper Ice Spice.

“They were very touchy-feely [backstage]. They were very cute and supportive of each other,” a source told Page Six at the time.

Johnson, for her part, reunited with Timberlake, 42, during her hosting gig, more than a decade after they starred in “The Social Network” together.

Timberlake and the “How To Be Single” star appeared together in a scene from the 2010 flick, about the rise of Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, which Johnson acknowledged during her monologue.

“What are you doing up here, are you lost?” she asked the “Sexyback” singer, as he showed up on stage upon hearing his name mentioned.

Later in the night, the *NSYNC performer sang his 2013 hit “Mirrors” along with new tracks “Sanctified” and “Selfish.”

The actress, 34, took on the hosting role for her second time on Saturday and took the opportunity to praise Taylor, 34, while poking fun at Donald Trump.

During her monologue, Dakota explained she had last hosted on the show in 2015 for the 40th Anniversary Special.

She said: ‘The last time I hosted was right after the SNL 40th. I was actually in the audience for that special.’

As she spoke a photo appeared on screen showing her standing in the star-studded audience for the celebratory special.

Dakota then pointed out the VIPs around her, saying: ‘Look at this photo, look at this collection of people: Sarah Palin, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg.’

She then added: ‘And look who’s sitting right behind me,’ with the camera zooming in to show former president Donald, 77, in the audience.

She continued: ‘Crazy to be standing so close to someone who would become the most powerful person in America,’ as the camera quickly moved down to zoom in on Taylor Swift sitting in front of Dakota.

The audience broke into laughter and even cheered at the Fifty Shades of Grey star’s joke.

Elsewhere in her monologue, Dakota reflected on starring opposite the musical guest for the evening, Justin Timberlake, in The Social Network back in 2010.

Upon hearing his name, the singer suddenly appeared on stage, sneaking up to Dakota as she continued to speak, unaware of his presence.

He said: ‘I remember those days, Dakota,’ causing her to jump and ask: ‘Justin, what are you doing up here? Are you lost?’

He said: ‘I heard my name. I thought that was my cue.’

The performer added that he has hosted before, but Dakota cut in to say, ‘Yeah. Well, that was 10 years ago, so…’

He said: ‘Was it that long?’ with Dakota replying: ‘Well, I mean, either way, I’m so happy you chose my show for your comeback.’

‘Is that what we’re calling it?’ Justin asked, but Dakota assured him that she meant comeback ‘in a good way.’

The daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith also had the chance to showcase her comedic skills by appearing in a variety of other sketches.

For one she played a mother getting a paternity test to find out her baby’s father on ‘The Corey Devitch Show’ – a parody of The Maury Show.

Another saw her play a woman in a book club, who invents a T-shirt that she wants to take on Shark Tank, which saw Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran make cameos.
