In the latest episode of The Kardashians, North didn’t hold back when expressing her true feelings about her mother’s 2023 Met Gala ensemble.

North was shown watching her billionaire mother get ready for her 10th Met Gala appearance from their New York City hotel room.

She shared her thoughts on the look after Kim slipped on her daring attire that was made almost entirely of strands of pearls.

The seemingly judgy pre-teen stated that the dress had “way too many gaps in the pearls. It looks like she’s a Hawaiian girl with a torn dress.”

North also added: “The pearls look fake.”

Both Kim and Daniel Roseberry, the creative director for the designer brand Maison Schiaparelli, looked upset by North’s brutally honest opinion.

Kim quickly fired back: “No no, I think you’re wrong here. These are very expensive and real pearls. I think you need a lesson on pearls.”

North held her ground as she responded: “It’s looking beachy.”

A deflated Daniel admitted: “This is my worst nightmare come to life.”

Kim then told North she brought her into the conversation because she was originally so complimentary.

North, seemingly wanting to make up for the comment, told Kim: “I like the pearls,” before adding, “I just don’t like that it looks like from the Dollar Store.”

The designer stated that he felt like he was “getting Punk’d, being read for filth by a 9-year-old.”

Exasperated with her daughter, Kim told North: “I respect your opinion but please be easy on me today.”

Unrelenting, North fired back: “I’m not going to lie. I won’t say it at all if you don’t want me to but I’m not going to lie.”

Later in the episode, while Kim was continuing to get dressed for the Met, North still appeared unimpressed.

Kim told North: “There’s a way to be honest and not hurt people’s feelings, I want you to learn that. There’s a way to say, ‘You know, I might not love that.’”

North, responding in a mocking tone, explained to Kim about her look: “You know, I might not love your necklace or your outfit but I’m just trying to support you, you know?”

She then asked: “Is that good?”

Kim, who looked completely over it after the North’s comeback, said in a confessional that she’s trying to teach North that she doesn’t need to just “annihilate people for no reason.”
ROUGH PATCH

In another recent episode of The Kardashians, North took a nasty swipe at Kim in a brutal moment caught on-camera.

North did not respond to the comments but instead quipped back with: “You need a pimple patch, Mom,” as she rifled through drawers.

“Oh, I need a pimple patch? Rude,” Kim responded, looking stunned.

She went on: “You know, I’ve been used to this kind of honesty my whole life. Sometimes I just want people to lie to me and be nice.”

Kim has been open with fans about her daughter’s general disposition, revealing that her sister Kourtney Kardashian refers to her niece as Kim’s “lesson” in patience.

This isn’t the first time North has taken a swipe at her mom on The Kardashians.

In the previous episode, North bashed her mom’s domestic abilities when a show producer asked the TikTok influencer: “Quick question. Can your mom cook?”

Off-screen, the fashion mogul shouted: “Something smells good already!” as North prepared a dish inside the family’s kitchen.

North ignored her mom and instead answered the producer.

She pulled a face as she replied: “Heck no.”

Then, seemingly having lost her patience with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, North replied: “Someone is late!”

Kim was then shown scrambling back into her room.

The hilarious Kardashians clip was uploaded on Reddit where tons of fans found humor in the North’s question.

Kim admitted she cried hysterically after her daughter North threw an hour-long tantrum.

During another episode of the Kardashian family’s reality series, Kim confessed she goes to Kourtney the most for parenting advice — especially since they have kids around the same age.

The youngster posted a video with her cousin Penelope on her TikTok account that she shares with Kim.

North posted a series of photos that showed her dressed as a younger version of her mom, while Penelope dressed as Paris Hilton.

She wore a full brown velour tracksuit and held a huge silver metallic bag.

North paired the look with thin brown shades and a pair of sandals from her dad Kanye’s brand, Yeezy.

Her brunette hair was straightened and left down.

Penelope wore a long blond wig paired with a black hat and huge white-rimmed shades.

Kourtney’s daughter was imitating Paris, who used to be close friends with Kim in the 2000s and were often pictured together.

Penelope had a long striped tank top and blue wide-leg trousers on. She held a huge black purse and paired the look with gold sneakers.
