Chris wished Rihanna a happy 30th birthday on Tuesday by posting a photo of the singer as a young girl in honor of her big day.

‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY @badgalriri,’ he captioned the photo.

However, the image drew the ire of many fans of Rihanna, who urged the hit-maker to remove the photo, adds Us Weekly.

Chris even recently proposed the idea of touring with his ex-girlfriend.

The Say It With Me singer – who last toured three years ago with Trey Songz and Tyga – wrote: ‘Just thinking…. A CRAZY WORLD TOUR would BEYONCE, RIHANNA, BRUNO MARS, CHRIS BROWN. “2 for 2”. And if y’all decide to do it without me… give me 10%.’ (sic).
