Eduardo Leon, 27, was accused of hopping a fence and entering the LA house owned by Rihanna.

Eduardo managed to overcome the camera-secured entry gates and scale the three-storey house where he reportedly spent 12 hours inside before he was arrested the following day after being found by the Bajan star’s assistant.

Reports claimed Leon had broken into a different home on May 4, wrongly believing Rihanna lived there before his break-in to her property just days later on the 12th May.

Luckily, Rihanna was in New York at the time to plug her Fenty lingerie range.

Eduardo was charged with stalking, residential burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest – his bail was set at £100,000.

He denied all the charges when he appeared in court later in May.
