“Today, I see someone who has survived and someone that works really hard to try to keep her mental state well, and I’m also kind of in a fun place,” she said.

Selena, 31, then showed the Post-it notes she has stuck to her mirror, which remind her of things she “needs to hear and say out loud a few times” to make herself feel better.

The Who Says hitmaker filmed the selfie clip while wearing a cropped linen jacket paired with a tucked-in shirt and high-waisted jeans.

Selena added a black belt to the look that featured a gold buckle and cinched her waist.

She had her hair tied back into a tight ponytail as she showed off her neutral makeup look.

The video was shared to Selena’s beauty brand account, highlighting retailer Sephora’s newest campaign.

Selena, who has been dating producer Benny Blanco, has been showing off her curvy figure lately.

Her sequined dress had thin straps that showed off ample cleavage, which she paired with an oversized fur coat.

The celebration came nearly one month after Selena posted a carousel of shots for her man on Valentine’s Day.

SHAMING BODY SHAMERS

Selena has been focusing on new aspects of her life while continuing to be open about her body image.

In January 2023, the Disney Channel child star clapped back at body-shamers after they talked about her Golden Globes outfit.

“I’m a little big right now because I enjoyed myself during the holidays,” she said during an Instagram Live segment days after the awards show.

A year later, the actress opened up the conversation again by sharing a throwback photo of herself on social media wearing a bikini in 2013.

“Today I realized I will never look like this again…” she wrote in the post.

Selena also shared a more recent photo of herself, nearly 10 years after the original photo was taken.

The photo showed the star on vacation, where she displayed her backside while rocking a black and white one-piece that clung to her curves.

“I’m not perfect, but I am proud to be who I am… Sometimes I forget it’s ok to be me,” she explained.

“I just want to encourage anyone out there who feels any sort of shame for exactly what they’re going through and nobody knows the real story.

“I just want people to know that you’re beautiful and you’re wonderful, and yeah we have days where maybe we feel like s**t, but I would much rather be healthy and take care of myself and my medications.

“Not a model, never will be. I think they’re awesome, mind you, I just am definitely not that,” she concluded.
