Power 105.1’s annual hip-hop showcase, Powerhouse, made the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, its home Sunday night (Oct. 28) as some of the biggest and brightest stars in hip-hop assembled for a night of music and entertainment. The show has been a staple in hip-hop and this year’s event was definitely a night to remember. Fans got a great show that ran without a hitch thanks to a number of DJ’s and on-air personalities from the Power 105.1 family, including The Breakfast Club, Angie Martinez, DJ Clue, DJ Prostyle, and DJ Suss One, who kept the vibe going and the crowd buzzing.

The star-studded line-up featured a range of artists including newcomers JuiceWRLD and Lil Duval, R&B singers SZA and Ella Mai, hip-hop heavyweights G-Eazy, Lil Uzi Vert, and Cardi B, and a special guest appearance by Brooklyn’s own 6ix9ine. After last year’s bum-rush incident, Power 105.1 gave the tri-state area crowd a treat with this year’s concert being the radio station’s best showcase in recent memory.
