WNBA star Angel Reese was sent a stern warning by hip-hop artist Joe Budden this week.

The 22-year-old continuously made headlines throughout her rookie season thanks to her on-court performances, even holding the WNBA single-season record at one point.

However, the rookie continued to make waves off the court too, especially after her debut season was cut short due to wrist injury.

With the arrival of her podcast, ‘Unapologetically Angel,’ Reese has flirted with controversy throughout the offseason thanks to the weekly episodes.

Reese first spoke out against the fans of her rival Caitlin Clark, revealing that she had received death threats and had explicit AI images of her sent to her family.

Amid the criticism, Budden, a rapper and media mogul, has advised the rising star to pull away from the spotlight off the court.

I’ve seen Angel Reese wildin’ out, I don’t know if I’ve seen her on ‘Wild N’ Out,” Budden said. ‘Angel Reese won’t sit her f***ing a** down… She won’t go sit down somewhere for a second. There’s value in it.

Referencing Reese’s recent on-stage appearance during Nick Cannon’s ‘Wild ‘N Out’ tour in Chicago, the media presenter urged the basketball star to stop chasing the headlines outside of her sporting sphere.
