Iowa was called for a foul with just 50.3 seconds to halftime.

The 22-year-old senior point guard Clark showed her disagreement with the call and complained to officials.

However, Clark’s father, Brent, was shown on ESPN’s live TV broadcast and appeared to yell out, “Stop!”

And the cameras continued to show the disgruntled dad.

Clark’s dad shook his head in disapproval at his daughter’s manner.

As for March Madness fans, they couldn’t get enough of the moment between father and daughter.

One wrote, “Peak dad move.”

Another commented, “That is a sports dad father-daughter relationship if I’ve ever seen one.

And a third posted, “That’s good parenting.”

With 41 seconds left to halftime, the cameras pointed to her father who appeared to say, “take her out.”

Caitlin would have a much better second half, making 6-of-11 shots with 14 points.

The NCAA D1 all-time leading scorer also recorded three rebounds, three assists, one block and three steals.

She finished with 27 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds in Iowa’s 91-65 victory against Holy Cross.

Clark was voted unanimous All-American and is arguably the current face of NCAA women’s college basketball.

Iowa will play either West Virginia or Princeton in the second round on Monday.
