Elon Musk shares cryptic post after his ex Grimes’ mom makes heartbreaking plea for their children

Grimes’ mom Sandy Garossino slammed Elon Musk and accused him of ‘withholding’ her grandchildren, but the Tesla CEO seemed to ignore her comments as he shared a new post

Elon Musk seems to be unfazed by his ex-partner Grimes’ mom after she blasted him for “withholding” her grandchildren.

Sandy Garossino accused the Tesla CEO of not letting the children he shares with Grimes, real name Claire Boucher, see their dying great-grandmother. Sandy claimed her mom had been set to see the children – X Æ A-Xii, 4, Exa Dark Sideræl, 2½, and Techno ‘Tau’ Mechanicus – on her birthday, but said “those hopes were crushed when the trip was canceled”.

Elon seems to be ignoring Sandy’s heartfelt plea, however, as he took to X to share a cryptic post. The 53-year-old re-shared a post which read: “If you ever feel dumb, just remember there are some people who still believe everything shown in news.”

Alongside the post, Elon simply wrote: “Yup.” His comments come after Sandy shared several posts on X on Saturday begging Elon to let her see her grandchildren.

She began: “Dear Elon @elonmusk It was nice seeing you on Father’s Day. I hope you got the card that I helped X make. He was so proud of it. I’m writing here as the only way I have to reach you.

“As you know, my 93 year old mother is now at end-of-life palliative care. She yearns to see and hold Claire’s children one last time. Especially the youngest, whom she has not yet met

Sandy continued: “She was thrilled for the kids’ planned visit to celebrate her birthday this weekend. Today. But those hopes were crushed when the trip was canceled.

“I am alarmed to learn that the children cannot come as you are withholding them and their needed passport documents from Claire. It was even more troubling to see you and X on television at the Olympics in Paris yesterday, after your DC trip earlier in the week.

“Where are the other children, and with whom? They are scheduled to be with their mother. They were expected here in Canada.” She then pleaded with Elon to honor his agreement and return the children, with documents, so they could see their great-grandmother before she dies.

She concluded her message with: “Please Elon, I beg you. This is so painful for my mother, and concerning for the kids. Time is of the essence now.”
