Donald Trump displayed clear ‘mommy issues’ during rambling Elon Musk interview, according to an ex-FBI agent claims.

It comes after Donald Trump has been accused of making at least 20 false statements in a much-anticipated interview with Elon Musk on Monday, where he touched on everything from immigration to his new political rival, Kamala Harris.

The broadcast, which was streamed on Musk’s social media platform X, overwhelmed the site, causing it to crash as viewers clamored to access the link. During the chat Trump took time to comment on Kamala and Melania, comparing the two and their looks. He went on to say Kamala was a “very attractive woman”.

His comments sparked reaction from former FBI agent Asha Rangappa, who speculated Trump craved the attention and approval of strong women. Taking to Twitter, Rangappa said: “I KNEW IT. His brain is short-circuiting because she is attractive AND formidable”

She added: “She said the former president ‘recognizes and is slightly scared of – and in a weird way, craves the approval of – strong intelligent women,’ saying there are ‘some mommy issues going on there.”

Donald Trump said that “beautiful” Kamala Harris looks “very much” like his wife, Melania, during a bizarre interview with Elon Musk.

The former US president praised the Vice President while commenting with the X owner on the recent edition of Time magazine. The cover, which was unveiled yesterday, features a black-and-white illustration of Harris with the phrase “Her Moment”.

The magazine cover credits the VP with pulling off “the swiftest vibe shift in modern political history” in a story entitled “The Reintroduction of Kamala Harris”. While discussing the cover image of Monday’s issue during Trump’s interview on X, the former president, who is now running for a second term in the White House, told Musk that his Democratic rival looked just like his wife.

The magazine has caught some critique for putting out the story, for which Harris declined to be interviewed, amid Republican reproval that she hasn’t sat for a media interview since Joe Biden quit the campaign, making way for her. The MAGA leader said Harris has received a “free ride” from the media so far as he commented: “But I saw a picture of her on Time magazine today, she looks like the most beautiful actress ever to live.

“It was a drawing. And actually she looked very much like a great first lady: Melania.” Trump then mispronounced Harris’ name once again, calling her “Camilla” as he continued: “She didn’t look like Camilla. That’s right. But of course she’s a beautiful woman. So we’ll leave it at that.”
