Indiana Fever must’ve hired a new social media person because their most recent post, clearly directed at Angel Reese, truly showed no chill.

Angel Reese looked her usual self as he posted yet another double-double stat line in Chicago Sky’s blowout 85-65 loss to the Phoenix Mercury.

Looking at her numbers, which was 11 points and 15 rebounds, you would think that Reese had a spectacular game. That was far from the truth.

Reese ended her evening with 11 points on 4-for-14 shooting from the field and none from deep. She also added one assist, two steals, and a block.

She and the rest of the team shot horribly on the night, going 37.0 percent from the field and 4-of-19 from three-point range.

Amid the bad shooting night, there was a post from the Indiana Fever that came at the perfect time.

After the rough night, the Fever posted a video of Caitlin Clark draining some three-pointers while stating she was the rookie of the year.

“Caitlin Clark’s three-point game? Elite. Our rookie of the year can put on a show,” the Fever tweeted.

Fans saw right through what they were doing:

Angel Reese Does Not Care To Hear About Her Double-Double Record After Loss

Angel Reese wants to win.

The Chicago Sky All-Star rookie has been historic in her first season. She became the first player to record 300 rebounds or more in the first 25 games.

However, Reese shot an inefficient 4-14 from the field on Thursday night against the Phoenix Mercury as the team lost by 20, per ESPN.

After the game, a reporter asked Reese how she felt about the records set in the loss, and she promptly shut it down.

“I don’t want to hear about no record, man,” Reese said.
