During the pre-Olympics exhibition games, the American men’s basketball team clinched five victories against several teams. With a star-studded roster including LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant, Team USA is all set to dominate in the quarterfinals.

James has displayed exceptional talent throughout the 2024 Olympics, and during the recent game against Puerto Rico, he finished with 10 points, 8 assists, and six rebounds in the dominating 104-83 victory. However, James’ performance was not the only thing that caught the fans’ eye; his reaction while attempting a block has gone viral and become meme material.

However, one of the team’s players is struggling in front of the French crowd. Joel Embiid has been constantly booed by the French crowd because he chose to play for the USA instead of France. Despite this, James recently showed his support for Embiid during an interview with The Athletic.

“We are all on Jo’s side. Jo’s in great spirits, we’re all in great spirits, and as his 11 teammates, we just give him the support that he needs both on the floor and off the floor if needed.” James said after the game against Puerto Rico.

King James has been showcasing amazing talent at the 2024 Paris Olympics. In the first game against Serbia, James finished with 21 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds. In the second game against South Sudan, the 39-year-old player scored 12 points, dished out five assists, and pulled down seven rebounds. However, in the third game against Puerto Rico, James recorded 10 points, eight assists, and six rebounds.

Team USA will be facing Brazil in the upcoming game scheduled for August 7th.
